It is with heavy hearts that we share the news of our Father's sudden and unexpected passing on August 16, 2022. Our father was first and most importantly, a bold and faithful Catholic.

Michael was filled with love, gentleness and strength. He challenged us to greatness, holiness and sanctification. He assumed the role of protector, provider, friend, confidant, and especially as the caretaker of our mother. His devotion and love to Barbara for 48 years is a testament to the vows he took on their wedding day. We are blessed to be Michael's children. As we grieve, we know that our journey on earth while dealing with the loss of our father is not an easy one, but God is there, and that is enough.

Some of you have reached out and asked how you can help. Please know that your prayers and generous acts of kindness are propelling us forward. In addition, the financial burdens that come with the loss of a spouse – coupled with the full-time care that our mother needs - can be overwhelming. We humbly ask, if you are able, to donate funds, which will go to the funeral costs and our mother's ongoing healthcare. We appreciate your generosity. Thank you for all of your prayers, love and support throughout this difficult time.
