Michael Kunzig Fundraiser

This fundraiser is for Michael Kunzig. Michael is a long-time resident of Lake Helen and is a member of the Journey Church in Orange City Florida. Michael is active in his church, he co-leads a Divorce Care group and leads a men’s small group, and helps out with other community projects when he can.

 
On Sunday, October 4, 2020, Michael’s home burned down in a tragic fire. He lost all of his belongings along with his car and motorcycle, he escaped literally with only the clothes he was wearing.



 
Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help Michael get settled in housing and to cover the expense of cleaning up the debris left by the fire. Nothing will be able to replace the loss of family treasures like photographs of his son as a baby, awards from the military service, and gifts from his father who passed away just a few years ago.

Every little bit that we can raise will help Michael to rebuild and start to heal from this traumatic experience.
