Michael Jacobsons Funeral

Michael succumbed to Lymphoma of the nervous system after an 8 month battle. Michael leaves behind his wife of 11 years, Michele, and his two sons, Xavier (21) and Alexander (17). Michael spent much time serving others at Trinity Episcopal Church soup kitchen and was involved at St. Mary's church. The family is humbly asking for donations to help with medical and burial expenses. You have no idea how much this will help - thank you!
