On Saturday November 14, 2020 Mike and his daughter Melanie were at a Father/Daughter retreat in Iowa.  At midnight Mike said good night and went to his room.  While in there a brain aneurysm ruptured and he collapsed.  His roommate later found him and he was rushed to Mayo Clinic in Rochester,  MN.  Mike is still currently in ICU recovering.  This fundraiser is established to help raise money for the medical costs he and his family will incur as well as future living expenses due to Mike’s inability to work currently.
