Michael Gauthier’s Recovery

Hi everyone. On September 17, 2021, Michael J. Gauthier was admitted to the ICU in Alaska with Covid-pneumonia. It was touch & go for awhile, but he is finally recovering and has been moved to a rehab hospital where he is getting long-term care. Originally, we wanted to fly him home to Vegas, but it seems like he is improving quickly at the new rehab hospital he was moved to in Alaska, so he will be staying there for now unless something changes. He is in physical therapy and breathing exercises. We now have a release date of December 22nd, just in time for Christmas. The flight and hotel for Tiffany and Tofu to bring him home was very expensive. Around $3500. And his monthly expenses have been around $1000 a month. We are down to about $1500 in funds and we’re hoping he could stay home for awhile to recover. His breathing is wavered and he sounds very weak. But thank the Lord he will be able to come home and recover.
