What began as a small way to help a family cope with a loss no family should have to handle has become, what we hope, will be years and years of honoring the memory of Michael Garr Jr. Over the next few months the family will be working with organizations to keep Michael’s legacy and his love of sports alive for many years to come. We will continue to accept donations to aide in making Michael’s memory live on.

I am fundraising on behalf of my best friend Mike Peabody who lost his nephew to an act of violence while walking home Friday evening in Drexel Hill. The family is devastated and trying to process this senseless act. Looking to support the family and help to defray funeral costs as they bury their teenaged loved one. All funds will be distributed to Donna Peabody via her brother Michael Peabody to pay for funeral arrangements and costs associated with the loss of Michael.
