Dear family and friends,

This message is surreal to even type.  On Friday, June 2, 2017 our family experienced a tremendous loss.  Michael Folkerts, beloved husband, father, brother, and son, lost his battle with depression.  He leaves behind a dedicated wife, five amazing children, a loving father and three sisters.
