Michael DeCristoforo

In this past week my family member, Michael DeCrisotoro, has been in a terrible car accident.  He is currently being hospitalized with mutiple injuries, including a broken hip that will required extensive surgery. This will require future medical attention including, but not limited to, rehabilitation that could take up to four months or more. I ask that my friends, family, etc... please help out if you can.  This will be used to offset medical and living expenses.
