A bit about me….

Starting as a Trainee Sales Negotiator in 2004, I genuinely wouldn’t have thought I would have had the opportunities I have been fortunate to have had in my career. A big part of this good luck is a result of having some of the best mentors in the industry at various roles and at various times. Now as a leader of a business I love, I feel it’s both a privilege and responsibility to do my best to support today’s future leaders by providing some of the same mentorship opportunities I was so lucky to receive.

By championing LRG’s EmpowerHer initiative and as a dad to two girls, I’m passionate about creating space for women to lead, grow, and thrive across the business. I am actively involved in our companies “Leadership Academy” for aspiring Managers/Leaders within our business and I am a big advocate of improving professional qualifications in the property industry, supporting others to via my own membership of RICS and ARLA.

Whilst those of you that know me best will be aware I am far more comfortable on two legs than on two wheels, I will be swapping my vest and trainers for some clip on pedals and some very unforgiving Lycra to ride 160 miles in 3 days for “Ride to Inspire 2025” on behalf of the Inspiring Leadership foundation, a charity introduced to me by another one of my own mentors, Jonathan and his wife Leigh that head up the charity.

This extraordinary event will unite professional and amateur athletes, public figures, entrepreneurs, business leaders, and changemakers for a powerful cause. Together, we will cycle across the UK—not just to raise funds, but to create real, lasting opportunities for disadvantaged communities.

More Than a Ride – A Movement for Change

Through mentorship, leadership development, and career pathways, we are breaking barriers and building brighter futures. Along the journey, our riders will:

✅ Inspire ambition through leadership workshops, motivational talks, and interactive community activities

✅ Champion inclusion by connecting underserved groups with role models and career opportunities

✅ Raise vital funds to support the Inspiring Leadership Foundation’s life-changing programs

✅ Partner with businesses and influencers to remove barriers and drive lasting change
