Michael Cohen - Medical

Hi, my name is Charlotte Hymel and I have started a GoFundMe to help the family of Michael Cohen. In addition to be a close family friend, I'm also their accountant. I have permission from Leah to start this page and 100% of the funds received will go directly to the family to help with Michael's medical bills.

On January 28th, Michael went to the hospital because he was in extreme pain and very weak. The doctors concluded that he had a massive heart attack that created a hole in his heart. He was transferred to Emory the next morning for the care of cardiac specialist. Currently, he is on a breathing tube, dialysis machine and heavy medication that has kept him sedated for the past two weeks. At this point, the prognosis is very daunting at best.

If you know the Cohen family, you know that Michael is the rock of the family. Michael and Leah have been married for 30 years and have three beautiful children, Alec, Willi and Sami. Family is EVERYTHING to Michael and I've always admired him putting his family first in his life. If you live in Towne Lake and your child participated in Swim or Dance, you know this family.

First and foremost, I'm requesting prayers for Michael's healing and for the strength of his family. In addition, I'm requesting you kindly consider helping this family. They have a family catering business. When they are not working, they are not getting paid. The medical bills will be massive and I'm hoping we all can help alleviate a small portion of this stress.
