My name is Lacresha Luna. And its with a broken heart that i create this go fund me. Michael Anthony Hall Phillips was a great man. He would give anything he had or help anybody he couldif he had the means. Michael was injured in a freak accident a few years back and never made it back home. He was a single father at the time and the soul provider for his family. He passed away this afternoon due to complications from the original accident.
