(michael dhiel kiir), who has been fighting a serious illness for the past several years. What began as a routine health issue has turned into a long and challenging journey, with countless hospital visits, treatments, and a lot of emotional and physical strain.

Through all of this, my brother has shown remarkable strength and resilience. He’s always been a source of positivity and love, even on the toughest days. However, the medical bills and the ongoing treatment have become an overwhelming financial burden for him and our family.
