Hi my name is Deseree. With permission, I am creating this GoFundMe for my cousins & their mom, Micha. Since June 25th, Kristy & Yuri have been by her side everyday as she recovers from brain surgery in Fresno. Micha is now expected to be admitted for another week & the girls will be staying at Terry’s House, across the street from the hospital. The goal for a GoFundMe is to help alleviate the stress for bills, food, gas & now a place to stay as they are focused on their moms’ well being & recovery. Below I am sharing Kristy’s Facebook post with her personal update on their mom today (7/8/25):

“Long post* I know we've been a little vague with what has been happening with mom, but again lot happened so fast. So with moms permission I am making this post, but she did make it clear, "no pictures" lol but she is allowing me to share her MRI scan. 2nd photo. On Wednesday, June 25th Mom had a scheduled appointment to get a CT scan, because I had expressed my concern of her recent memory loss. It had gotten really bad. I thinking she was experiencing maybe early symptoms of Dementia, was in for an awakening. We were told to check her into the ER right away.(luckily her appointment was at the tulare hospital) still thinking or trying to sike myself into thinking still nothing major, all while anxiety started to kick in, she then got admitted and then off to get an MRI. Now I'll by pass the rest of the behind the scenes. They found two very large masses (tumors) in brain. She was then brought by ambulance to Fresno community where she had a major surgery to remove both masses that Friday June 27th. The Longest 9 hours of our lives!! Its been rough to say the least. Definitely something that wasn't easy to talk about a week ago. She is now on the Physical Therapy floor and doing great. Slow, but great considering the surgery she went through. She is definitely a walking miracle and a big deal on each floor she has been on ( a total of 3) . Im so so thankful for the entire staff here at the Fresno Community Regional Hospital. They have all been amazing not one complaint. Well maybe one, but that's on me lol And a big thank you to my sisters friends! All of you girls!!! I appreciate you girls more than you know!! and everyone else who reached out thank you also!!!! Our hearts our heavy with love and gratitude. From Mom, sister, myself, and our entire family.
