Micah's thyroid needs to get OUT!!

Hello everyone,
As most of you know, Micah has battled her thyroid for several years now.  It is now to the point where it is effecting her breathing and has doubled in size. 
IT NEEDS TO COME OUT!! 

In order to force Micah to take some time off work and make her get this serious medical problem addressed, she needs some financial help.  Her high deductible is preventing her from scheduling her surgery.  

Let's think...how many times has Micah taken your call in a pinch? How many times has she stayed late to finish your case?  Worked without lunch or a break?  How many hours has she worked when she was not scheduled or on-call because she got a phone call asking for help?  Well...she needs our help now.
