Hello,
I am currently fundraising for back rent with the goal to secure my housing and avoid eviction. I am three months behind on my rent payments, and have been throwing my entire check to rent in order to prevent myself from falling more behind. I’ve noticed this has drastically affected my physical and mental health. I am left with no money for taking care of my basic needs. This stress is leeching into other aspects of my life, and I need relief before I get evicted.
I’ve recently started a new job and will have more income, but in the meantime I need my rent balance at 0 so I can start managing my money more sustainably.
