Micah to Morehouse

My name is Paul Banks,

My son Micah Banks has been accepted to the prestigious Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA, to the incoming class of 2022. Throughout Micah's high school career, he has excelled academically, graduating with a 3.47 GPA. However, his journey has not been easy. He has had to overcome attending three different high schools, a period of homelessness, and the economic hardships associated with being raised by a single dad.

Despite his financial hardships, Micah has worked at the Houston Food Bank, was a member of Kappa League Houston, participated in community building events, and volunteered his time sorting Christmas toys for the less fortunate. Micah plans to attend Morehouse and major in Business Administration. His vision is to bring quality businesses to lower-income areas and increase the overall value of those neighborhoods.

Micah needs your help to pay his exorbitant tuition cost. He has some grant money and student loans. But, we don't live in Georgia, so the out-of-state cost far exceeds his financial aid amount. Be a part of this young kings journey to attain higher education. Help my son change his future.
