Hello! I'm Mia Cole and I am currently a sophomore at Pisgah High School in Canton, NC. I was chosen, along with 250 other students, to participate as youth leaders at George Mason University's Washington Journalism and Media Conference. This is such a high honor to be selected to attend and I am very excited about going.
It would be the world to me if I could get as many donations as possible to cover the costs! It is $1925.00 to attend the conference which covers: dinners/breakfasts, on-campus housing, seminars, and meet-and-greets with special speakers. My goal is $2100.00 to cover the costs of the conference and airfare. Any donations, small or large, are accepted!
