Hello, I’m Steve Dash! I am a 30-year-old entrepreneur living in the heart of Miami! I am aspiring and compelled to bring one of my fondest ideas to fruition, this is a thought that has been brewing within me for the last few years. I felt that by starting this GoFundme account, I could possibly draw in several like minded business partners to help me turn this fantasy into reality!

My plan is to help young teens and adults expand their creativity in a business like venture; to stay determined, focused and sharp. I believe that with a good push in the right direction, this crowd will be motivated to make positive future choices and investments in their lives! Wouldn’t you agree??

I would like to start by renting out a 20-25,000 sq. foot warehouse that develops into a Miami entertainment center for the present and next generations. I want this to be a safe and educational place where people of all ages can enjoy themselves, always feel comfortable, and welcomed.

For the Indoor Community Skate Park I would like to build out a professional half sized skate park with a stage so artists in the miami community can have fun skateboarding while being entertained. Young children, teenagers, and adults in the community will have access to come in to rent day passes to the park and be able to hang out and enjoy the warehouse in a safe, professional environment. There's always been conversation and a massive demand for an indoor skatepark in Miami! I would like to have this option inside our warehouse, made with brilliant quality for networking and fun!

Another aspect of this warehouse will be to provide business classes on weekdays for candidates willing to learn different skills from licensed professionals, teaching students how to operate and build foundations of their own. This can blossom many opportunities for future partnerships down the road of success to those who have joined our classes.

Other uses for the entertainment warehouse:

Tattoo studio - a small parlor for those that demonstrate art on live canvases.

Office space and/or rentals - available to starting and/or small, established companies; I would like for these businesses to trust that my (our) help will set them on the right course, especially with the business advice that will be given within the community.

Art showcases - for all ages, professionals, freelance, or fresh-out-college students that just want/need a space to show off their own creative world.

Full gym, CrossFit and Yoga/Pilates sessions.

Full photo studio, entertainment center, a white/green screen wall and a small stage for musical artist(s), Spoken Word and Poetry Jams.
