Hi, I'm Mia!

All my life I've wanted to work in the medical industry.

Recently I learned I could be closer to that dream than I ever imagined.  I have been nominated by a teacher at my school to attend the National Youth Leadership Forum: Medicine at UNC Chapel Hill!  Needless to say, I haven't been able to stop jumping up and down since I heard the news! 

With plans to start my career by going into the Navy to serve our country, this opportunity will allow me to gain hands on training that will highly benefit me .

I am so grateful to have been nominted for such an esteemed program and I am determined to find a way to get there. Sadly, this stunning opportunity does not come without expenses and I need your help! No amount of support is too big or too small and I am thankful for any amount.
