My name is Alec Hennings. I am raising money for my friend Mia Prosperi to record and release her first studio album. She is an Indie-Folk artist growing up and performing in the Des Moines music scene. She is an avid and relentless songwriter who has more songs than she can count in her back pocket. She already has a small pool of money to record a few songs at Golden Bear Records.

The goal we set was so that Mia could double her current savings and then some to cover costs of studio musicians, engineer fees, etc. Helping pillow the high cost that comes with the modern age of recording, producing, and distributing. All donations made in the next 2 months go to a surprise Christmas present.
