Mia is an American Shorthair cat who was born with a diaphragmatic hernia. She was found as a stray and adopted shortly after, and has brought so much joy into my life. As she approaches her first birthday, complications have arisen—she is now experiencing bleeding into her abdomen, which has made her situation urgent and frightening. Despite her tough start, Mia has shown incredible resilience and affection, and I am determined to give her the best chance at a long and happy life.

Mia needs surgery to address her diaphragmatic hernia and prevent further complications.
