Hi my name is Mia and I'm fundraising to participate in a Forensic Science program this summer in DC at American University through the National Student Leadership Conference. I've always wanted to be a Forensic Pathologist, and now is my chance to get hands on experience, and see if this is what I want to major in college.

I’m 16, and ever since I was younger I’ve been interested in forensics. I’ve always taken a liking to it, and this program will let me experience it in real time. The program covers lots of things like dissections, solving a case (CSI), meeting with top pathologists and coroners in the field, and really letting me get an inside view on their day to day life. This would be very exciting for me and really let me look into their world and see if this is what I want to do.
