Mia Falvey

Mia Falvey is an incredible 7-year-old girl diagnosed with Medulloblastoma. Mia is the daughter of Mark and Shauna Falvey of Southington, CT. They are an incredible, selfless, beautiful family of four. Mark, Shauna, Mia (7) and Drew (15 mths) can best be described as selfless, fun, and full of love. Mark "Falvs" has worked for Arrow for over 20 years based in the Northeast. To know him is to love him.

Mia is a rockstar. She had the surgery to remove the tumor and the next day was asking mom and dad, "Can we get out of here?" The family commuted to Boston for treatment over the summer and Mia did great.

Mark shared a story with me. Mia came home from treatment, her hair was thinning, and she felt lousy, but even at seven, she has the Falvey sense of humor saying to Mark, "Can we just shave this hair off already!"

The family is back in Conn. and has started a new course of treatment. Please keep them in your thoughts and prayers and donate if you can.
