Mia Crump Memorial Fund
Donation protected
Where to begin? I guess we can begin with the end. Mia passed away, suddenly and unexpectedly, on Friday, January 25th, 2019. She left behind her parents, Andrew and Jessica Crump, along with her soon to be little sister- due to join the family in May, Penelope. In addition to her mom and dad, Mia left behind those whose lives she touched. Whether having know her for a minute, or the majority of her short two years of life, Mia touched everyone who had the blessing of knowing her.
With her, this world lost a glimpse at pure and untainted beauty and truth. Mia, you see, was born without the gift of sight. She never learned what a smile was, or a frown, though her expressions were priceless. Her smile was radiant, her laugh was genuine and pure; and she could frown with the best when she wasn’t too pleased. Mia truly was the definition of real. There was nothing manufacturered about her. She brought joy and happiness to everyone around her.
Losing Mia is losing a gift. There are no words to describe the gaping hole left behind in her absence. There is no way to quantify the pain felt by her family and loved ones.
This goFundMe exists as a place to allow those who loved and cared about Mia and her family to ensure that Mia is given the proper memorial she deserves. Prayers for the family are requested. Donations are graciously accepted, though by no means necessary.
