This year I was privileged to support a family through the tragic loss of their beautiful baby girl Mia who was born sleeping at 28 weeks. These situations effect so many of us in different ways. As time passes and life gets busy we often move forward and onwards from these situations.

So for the next year of 2025...Charlotte and I will be training for the Pink Ultra Triathllon on 9th November 2025. Stepping out of my comfort zone of just running....

It's a 600m swim, 18km bike ride and a 7.5km run

As we train this year we will be remembering Mia and her family and keeping her memory alive.
