Mia Allen's Medical Expenses

Hi, this is R.J. Sullivan. I have set up this GoFundMe on behalf of my good friend John F. Allen and his wife Mia. She is currently hospitalized for several days for ongoing medical treatment that came upon them suddenly. Here is the situation in John's words.

"My wife Mia has been diagnosed with tachycardia, orthostasis, low blood pressure, kidney disease, extreme kidney injury and severe neuropathy in her extremities due to complications from diabetes. Her diabetes numbers drove doctors to change her medication in a last-ditch effort to save her life, as her numbers were high enough to risk death. These high numbers were responsible for the permanent damage to her kidneys. She has been admitted to the hospital for a week and due to her condition and may have to extend her stay.

The doctors are monitoring her and readjusting her medications to avoid any further kidney damage, address her diabetes, low blood pressure, neuropathy and other conditions. Because of her illness, she has been unable to work (for almost a month cumulatively) and medical expenses for her hospital stay and specialized treatment."
