Hola, mi nombre es iandra Cáceres, y hoy me dirijo a ustedes con el corazón en la mano para pedir ayuda para mi padre, Ramón Wilfredo Cáceres.
Mi papá es un hombre trabajador, fuerte y siempre ha sido el pilar de nuestra familia. Hoy, lamentablemente, es él quien necesita de nosotros.
Después de varios estudios médicos especializados, los doctores encontraron una dilatación importante de las vías biliares y una obstrucción en la zona entre la vesícula y el hígado. Existe una alta sospecha de un tumor en esa área, lo cual requiere atención urgente, más estudios y una posible cirugía para poder tratarlo a tiempo.
Esta situación ha sido muy difícil para toda nuestra familia. Ver a mi papá enfrentando esto nos rompe el corazón, pero seguimos con fe y esperanza de que pueda recibir el tratamiento que necesita.
Los médicos han recomendado procedimientos adicionales y una intervención que son muy costosos. Lamentablemente, en este momento no contamos con los recursos suficientes para cubrir todos los gastos médicos, hospitalarios y de tratamiento.
Mi papá siempre ha estado para todos, ayudando, trabajando y dando lo mejor de sí. Hoy nosotros luchamos por él.

Hello, my name is Iandra Cáceres, and today I reach out to you with my heart in my hands to ask for help for my father, Ramón Wilfredo Cáceres.
My dad is a hardworking, strong man who has always been the pillar of our family. Today, sadly, he is the one who needs us.
After undergoing several specialized medical tests, doctors discovered significant dilation of the bile ducts and an obstruction in the area between his gallbladder and liver. There is a strong suspicion of a tumor in that region, which requires urgent attention, further testing, and potential surgery to ensure timely treatment.
This situation has been incredibly difficult for our entire family. Seeing my dad face this breaks our hearts, but we remain steadfast in our faith and hope that he will be able to receive the treatment he needs.
Doctors have recommended additional procedures and a medical intervention that are very costly. Unfortunately, at this moment, we do not have sufficient resources to cover all the medical, hospital, and treatment expenses.
My dad has always been there for everyone—helping, working hard, and giving his absolute best. Today, we are fighting for him.
