In January , my mother was diagnosed with stage 2 triple-negative breast cancer. This year, in January 2026, her condition became more serious, and she had to start chemotherapy immediately. Her doctors have also recommended radiation therapy, surgery, and ongoing medical care.

My mother lives in Colombia, and unfortunately, her insurance does not fully cover the cost of her cancer treatment. We have already borrowed money to pay for her first chemotherapy, which cost $12,000. The total cost of her treatment, including chemotherapy, radiation, surgery, hospitalization, and medical supplies, is more than we can afford.

My mother is a hardworking woman who has always taken care of herself and our family. Now, because of cancer, she cannot work and needs urgent medical treatment to survive and recover.
