In loving memory of Ben Plumb
As most of you may know we sadly lost Ben in January this year. Ben was a loving son, brother, uncle and daddy, and is greatly missed by us all each and every day. Life will truly NEVER be the same without him. His smile could light up any room!
Sadly Ben fought an ongoing battle with mental health, to the extent that he thought taking his own life was the only way out. Nobody realised the extent of his underlying mental health struggles until it was too late. This is why it is so IMPORTANT to TALK.
This year in Ben's honour we would like to raise money for the Movember charity. This charity focuses on mental health and suicide provention in men. Predominantly changing the face of men’s health on a global scale.
All donations will be greatly appreciated, if we could contribute towards preventing the loss of another man, prevent the grief of another family then any amount big or small will do.
We would like to thank you in advance for your donation, and we want you to remember that it really is ok to not be ok but PLEASE seek the help that you need and remember to check in on your family and friends.
