Milo has been waiting at the Nanaimo Animal Control for over 5 months in hopes of finding a forever home. Because he is a big powerful dog and has dog reactivity from not being properly socialized in his younger life, Milo hasn't found a home despite the amazing efforts of staff and supporters of NAC

Until now! We have found a wonderful sanctuary/rescue that has offered to take in Milo. They have 160 acres of land and specialize in rehabilitating reactive big dogs. They even have a trainer on site! (https://ntdr.ca/)

The only challenge is that they are located in Saskatchewan. We have a volunteer who is willing to ferry and drive Milo to his new home, now we just need to raise the funds to cover the cost of the trip (gas, ferry trips, hotel and food for the driver).

Please help us get Milo to a safe and loving home. Any amount helps!!
