Tommy Wang had a dream to open his own sushi restaurant.  After working over 10 years in other restaurants, Tommy realized his dream and opened Bonsai Japanese Cuisine in Roseville, CA in August of 2019.  He sank his life savings into the venture.  He was building a good business with great food and service when about 6 months later Covid hit and he was forced to close.  Since then he has done what he could to save his business.  When he was allowed to do take out only he did take out.  When he could open partially he opened.  The changing environment has taken its toll and he is exhausting his resources.  It looks like he will remain closed except for take out for the next several months.
