I have lived in this home with my 8 children for 21 years. Trustco is a very aggressive bank and isn't working with me unless I come up with $25,000.  There is an immenent auction scheduled for March 9th. This leaves less than 2 weeks to raise the money. The cost includes the banks legal fees plus taxes.
