LA SOBRIA: Non-Alcoholic Cocktails, Puerto Rican Soul

Hello! My name is Yolanda, and after many years working in the food and beverage industry, it’s finally time to take a big step: to open my own space, something different, authentic, and filled with culture.

That dream is called LA SOBRIA:

A non-alcoholic craft cocktail bar with delicious Puerto Rican tapas. But LA SOBRIA will be more than just a bar: it will be a cultural and artistic hub, a gathering place where both artists and non-artists can enjoy music, poetry, film, theater, and the richness of Puerto Rican culture.

Why LA SOBRIA?

Because I believe in creating an inclusive space where everyone can enjoy a great cocktail without alcohol while also feeling part of a creative and vibrant community.

• Basic construction and remodeling of the space
