On October 28th, Jamaica was struck by one of the most powerful hurricanes in our history, a Category 5 hurricane that tore through the island and left devastation in its path. The western region was hit especially hard. Homes have been destroyed, communities uprooted, and countless families are now left with nothing but the hope that help will come soon.

This GoFundMe was created to help local residents gain access to the most urgent necessities such as food, clean water, blankets, tarps, and basic supplies. These essentials are needed for survival and to begin rebuilding their lives. While many organizations are providing assistance, the need is far greater than what is currently available, and every bit of help truly matters.

My heart aches for my people. Jamaica is more than just a beautiful island; it is home. It is a place filled with strength, love, and resilience. We are committed to full transparency and will share how every dollar is spent to support those most in need.

Funds will be used to purchase supplies both locally in the United States and in Jamaica. This ensures that relief items are delivered quickly while also helping to stimulate Jamaica’s economy as we rebuild together. We want every donation to stretch as far as possible and make the greatest impact.
