Hi guys,

My name is Megan and this year I'm hoping to raise €2,500 for Cork Penny Dinners, a food shelter that feeds the homeless and those in need in Cork. The lady who runs Cork Penny Dinners is Caitriona Twomey and both herself and the team of volunteers are the definition of selfless. There is no judgement to anyone who walks through those doors and you can always be sure of a warm welcome or a cup of tea when dropping off food supplies or sleeping supplies for the homeless.

To help raise funds and awareness for the cause, I will be doing a 24 hour fast on Monday, 20th December.

I understand this is an expensive time of year but any donation would be very much appreciated.
