Progress is being made! Beginning to put new pipes in. Literally, there is duct tape around a pipe... I believe this has a lot to do with some respiratory issues that have popped up as of late. I am super stoked to imagine this coming to an end soon. Thank you, my tribe, for your encouragement and support.

So, update time. They have now tunneled all the way under the house. Hopefully, tomorrow, the replumb of the house will begin. I have wiped out my 401k, and just need a bit.more to get this all done. I had the requisite inspection, but it would not have caught this. For better or worse, this is my "retirement home." I am up to around 15 to 20k to repair all this. I need a little help to cover what I cannot.
