Support for Rielle Artis and the Artis Family

Yesterday Rielle Artis, the 17-year-old daughter of Gabe and Kim Artis of Fort Collins, Colorado, was in a horrific vehicle accident. She is currently in the hospital in a medically-induced coma with very serious life-threatening injuries. Needless to say, the family is heartbroken, fearful, and overwhelmed.
Rielle has four spinal fractures, an open mandible fracture, and multiple facial fractures. Her bottom jaw is fractured in two places and detached as well. Additionally, she has a contusion on her brain stem, several brain bleeds, and a blown pupil due to the traumatic brain injury, which is why she is in a medically-induced coma... to try to get her brain to heal. She had to be ventilated and her brain is being monitored for swelling.
Medical bills are mounting and the length of her recovery is not known, but it is sure to be long and difficult.
The goal of this fundraiser is to help support the family so they can be fully present for Rielle without the burdensome worry about medical and everyday expenses. Any contribution you can make, large or small, will be deeply valued and appreciated during this frightening time.
