Greetings friends. So I wasn't going to go this route, but it is slowly filtering through my thick head that I will likely need temporary $$ help. This summer past, I was diagnosed with a treatable colorectal cancer that would require both surgery and potentially some chemotherapy.  I am healing from my surgery and am currently trying to inch my way back into work. Like many independent contractors,  I have no safety net to fall back on, so if I can't physically earn, I am.....in a word, screwed. What can I say.....I planned like a musician (no plan ;)  In any case, it has been brought to my attention by my oncologist, my girlfriend, and others,that the upcoming 3 months of chemo and subsequent 2 months following ( including another surgery to reverse my ileostomy) may serious impair my ability to make bucks. I'm asking for what i think I'll need to get me through, rent, bills, etc.

       Anyways, I'm going to look at this like this is a rock night in our small, but mighty club and I'm passing around the big hat. My promise is a BIG MUSIC SHOW at the end of this nonsense to which any and all contributors will be warmly invited. Also.....some new Mighty Fudd records to lucky youse.
