Hi everyone! Please help me raise money for my brother Joey Rodriguez and his family. Three months ago, Joey experienced extreme pain in his abdomen, and he went to the ER. His first CT scan showed that he had diverticulitis (where the large intestine had a hole in it, causing an infection to spread through his bowel). Sadly, in the state that it was in, it was not safe to operate on yet. They wanted to wait for it to heal.

Over the next two months, Joey had two more episodes, causing him to miss work. With his stays in the hospital and recovering at home, Joey had to use all of his vacation and sick time. They decided after the last episode that the complications became unsafe and they had to operate. They found two abscesses in his large intestine. While draining one, some of the drainage went into his abdomen area. This could lead to more infections. They were able to remove 18 inches of his intestine. He is currently recovering in the hospital.

Joey will be out of work for the next three months. With the hospital stays and no time to cover, he will not have a paycheck. Please help me raise money for my brother and his family.
