HELP FOR LILLY

This is lilly, a 4 year old husky, beloved pet of my family friend debbie. Lilly fell ill a week ago, and her symptoms didn't seem life threatening at the time. She was lethargic and unsteady on her legs. Following a visit to the vets on Monday the 2nd of December after examination, the vets expressed how ill she actually was. If she was seen 30 minutes later she wouldn't have made it. After a scan, it revealed she has fluid in her chest cavity and stomach. After 4 hours in the vets, it was decided that the only option was to refer her to wear referrals (pet hospital)

Lilly had to have a chest drained to be able to breathe to make her journey to wear. on arrival to wear an assessment was made and treatment plan was put together. Lilly has undergone various tests over the last week, and all the tests have come back inconclusive up to now. Debbie has since been told that the problem lies in the liver, the next step is for lilly to undergo surgery for a liver biopsy, which will determine the cause of her illness.

I want to do this for debbie as, unfortunately, she has no insurance, and the estimate as of Thursday night was at £7,000 and lilly is still in there for the foreseeable.

Debbie is always the first person to help out any animal in need, and I know her dogs mean the world to her as so do her family and friends. She’s the first one we can all go to for help advice or anything else in life!

I know it's a hard time of the year, but if anyone could donate anything to help with the raising costs for Lilly and help take some of the pressure from Debbie at Christmas time it would be much appreciated. Thank you all so much!❤️
