Mexico’s insecurity takes a loving life from us

The family loses a great sweet human being due to Mexico’s insecurity. Brayan Rios, (19 yrs old) was a hard worker, honest, honorable, and respectful. He was coming home from work with his mother and unfortunately was mistaken for someone else and was shot dead next to his mother while coming home from work in a taxi .

This tragedy will most likely not have the shooter detained since Mexico never does any justice for families, but I’m hoping we can at least put him to rest how he deserves… He was only 19, full of life and dreams. He was supposed to meet his baby niece yesterday because she had just been born

The events happened in Tijuana when he was just a few minutes from home accompanied by his mother.
