Update: October 23.2025
The kitties are back home. Echo has gallbladder stones which we need to keep an eye on and had his glands emptied in the back. Liver blood work was done to see if it's effected and luckily it's not currently. He's on strong anti nausea meds and gabapentin for a while.
And we'll keep an eye on the stones.
Mews meds are upped now so that she can recover more comfortably without pooping in places from pain and screaming.
Fizzy officially has asthma and is on prednisolone to bring down her respiratory Inflammation until we start her on an inhaler. She's also on gabapentin.

•As most of you know, our kitties are our children.
•It's not easy to write this asking for help but we wouldn't ask unless it was needed.
•We currently have three cats getting medical help all at once and the vet bills have become overwhelming.
✨We understand that times aren't easy.
Here's what we are dealing with:
Mew, our tiny 9 yr old matriarch was rushed to the vet a few days ago.
• She was screaming in pain.
X-rays, sedation, urinalysis, and an invasive procedure rang up $848.
• She's still currently having daily episodes when her pain meds aren't taken.
• More imaging may be required in the next week. It's day by day at the moment with her.
Echo, our gentle hearted giant, and Mews twin brother was just dropped off.
• He has become very reclusive and rejects food. That's NOT like him.
• His eyes are sad and he has an almost cough like choking action as though he can't throw up.
• And his voice is raspy and gone.
• I found him hiding in an old box of CDs in the basement.
• We feel that something may be going on internally.
• Hes had a seizure in the past and bum issues. We really don't know what's going on.
• So a full exam, X-rays , possibly other imaging, bloodwork and urinalysis will be done today.
And Fizzy our sweet Nebelung girl, went in this morning with Echo.
• She's hiding, has a liquid sounding congestion in her throat and airways.
• Her panting could be asthma and/or respiratory infection.
• We don't know yet.
• She already has megacolon issues and takes daily medications.
• So, Examination, X-rays, ultrasound if needed, blood work, urinalysis, medications, procedures.
✨We will do updates and share receipts etc as we continue through this.
We're feeling so helpless and need them to be okay.
Love you all so much✨
