LET THE REAL FIGHT BEGIN
It’s time to get former Premier Daniel Andrews in front of a jury.
On January 7, 2013, 15-year-old cyclist Ryan Meuleman was struck by a government-issued SUV allegedly driven by Catherine Andrews, wife of then-Opposition Leader Daniel Andrews, in Blairgowrie, Victoria. Ryan suffered severe injuries, including broken ribs and a punctured lung, requiring airlift to the Royal Children's Hospital.
An alleged cover-up at the highest level transformed a crash into the Bike Boy Scandal.
Having successfully resolved their case against Labor law firm Slater and Gordon, Ryan Meuleman and his family firmly believe the Bike Boy scandal is a criminal matter, and that there is enough evidence for charges to be laid against Daniel Andrews and his wife, Catherine Kesik.
CRIMINAL CHARGES
With the support of former Victorian Chief Commissioner Kel Glare, the family has asked for criminal charges against Daniel Andrews and his wife Catherine Kesik to be drawn up and presented to the new Victorian Chief Commissioner, Mike Bush.
The family hopes that Chief Commissioner Bush will act. But if he doesn’t, they intend to bring private prosecutions against Daniel Andrews and his wife Catherine Kesik.
If Victorian’s still can’t count on our cops, it’s left to us all to act.
And the Meuleman’s want these cases heard by a jury—not a judge alone to reduce the chances of corruption. They’ve been through hell. And they won’t give up.
