Please help me fight my Lyme disease

Hello. Thank you for stopping by. I have Anaplasma and Lyme Disease that have caused many more problems in my body with a list of syndromes and ailments. I am extremely weak from being sick so long and the pain keeping me from any activity. I am on social security disability and all of my small income goes to medical and living expenses. It's been very stressful. I have had Lyme for 28 years but only got diagnosed this last November of 2014. It's a tricky and complicated disease that's hard to diagnose. I've had four back surgeries and other hospital stays never knowing why or what the root cause was to everything and all of my complex awful pain throughout my body and in all of my joints. The Lyme has been attacking my bones for all of these years leaving me with osteopenia and very fragile. I have 6 fractures/breaks in my spine and neck, they can stay the same or get worse, but never better. I have 2 Spinal Cord Stimulators implanted in my spine with a battery implanted in my back to help with my complex pain. Some people joke that I'm the Bionic Woman because of these implanted parts as well as all the metal from my spinal cage fusions. Hearing this always makes me smile and gives me a boost I need to stay strong. I often feel toxic, which is the only way I can explain some of my worst pain. It feels like I've been poisoned. It's a horrible feeling. I've been through a lot, yet I am very lucky. Lyme is unpredictable and could have attacked one or more of my organs or my brain before I was diagnosed. Lyme is very hard to diagnose because Lyme mimics other diseases and the tests for Lyme are very inaccurate leaving people, like me, untreated for many years while the disease gets worse and worse. Lyme left untreated May be fatal.

The disease has completely depleted my immune system. I had a picc line for a year of treatment to help my immune system. It was the IVIG. I also did aggressive IV treatment for the Lyme disease and anaplasma. I had two infusions a day, every day for 60 days straight. I was hoping these treatments would help but I still have all my neurological symptoms and a lot of pain. The Dr switched my IVIG treatment to weekly subq infusions, where I have to push four needles into my tummy where the medication is infused over an hour and a half time. This weekly treatment is for my immune system. I'm supposed to do it for a long time to life. I'm learning to do this myself but it's a bit hard to inject the needles due to my shakiness.

I have a lot of medical bills and paying for my care is growing increasingly difficult. I have to pick and choose what part of my treatment I will go without here and there. My current Lyme doctor does not understand life and how it can throw different situations at me making my care impossible to carry out at times. She doesn't listen and snaps at me when I am unable to follow her direction to the "t". I have anxiety attacks every time I have to talk to her. I came across a Lyme Dr in A Thousand Oaks who seems wonderful and I would love to switch to him. My gut tells me this would be the right move. He appears incredibly knowledgeable about Lyme and seems like his min focus. His staff is friendly. I have communicated with them online. I can't just switch Lyme doctors though because insurance doesn't cover Lyme disease and Lyme doctors are very expensive, as is all Lyme care/treatment. The first appoint is really expensive and I need help to be able to see him and see me normal Dr until I am certain switching is the correct move. I am tied up in treatments with the doctor I do not like so I can't simply drop her without coming up with a plan with the new doctor. Also I need help to continue my treatments. I need to feel better than this. Please help me.

Thank you for reading and considering me for a donation. I really, really appreciate it.
