The Meserani project is a charity based in Tanzania helping to improve the lives of children and young adults through education. Since its inception in 2010, the project has helped to fund and equip the first digital school, as well as adding solar power and water supplies, supplying the means to be self sustainable to schools in the region, aiming to keep children in through to higher education. A team with a core of Virgin Media O2 colleagues are heading out in January 2026, where we will be undertaking new projects and continue the work done by previous groups. We hope to further the development of the Digital School, and the feeder schools in the area, to encourage families to believe in education as a way of bettering the lives of themselves and future generations.
