Merrylynn's Final Adventures

I'd like to introduce you to someone I know to be courageous, inspiring, and brave; who I know to be loving, caring, and unapologetically herself. The smartest, funniest, and strongest person that I know: My sister, my twin, Merrylynn.
Merrylynn loves people and is the kind of person to go to the end of the earth for the people she loves. If she could, she would give you the world and she works hard to give you as much of it as she can. She's goofy, loves to dance, loves to sing, loves to have a good time, and loves to share that joy with people around her.
One of my favorite memories of her is from her 22nd birthday trip to Oahu; one of the many trips she has most graciously taken me on. On the way out of our hotel room one day, we struck up a conversation with the maid and found out it was her birthday that week too. In the midst of exploring Hawaii, taking surfing lessons, etc., she stops to buy a card and a gift for the maid. That’s the kind of woman she is -- she loves bringing joy to people.
My sister has been battling cervical cancer for a few years and this past year, we've been given the devastating news that it's now terminal. She has a few good months left to be able to travel and we absolutely intend to make the most of it.
Because she has always been there for me and has given me so much over the years, I want to be able to return the favor while I still have the opportunity. Therefore, I am raising funds to help Merrylynn boot her bucket list. These funds will be given to my sister so that she can fund the last of her desired adventures.
I'm well aware that this is a hard time for many people so please believe me when I say we don't expect anything. But, to be able to grant my sister the celebration of life that she deserves would mean the absolute world to me so I am immensely grateful for any and all donations.
