To everyone I love,
There is nothing I need for Christmas. I have an awesome, safe place to live, one of the best jobs in the world, more workout shoes, headbands, and unicorn paraphernalia then I could ever want, and, I have all of you.
So, in the spirit of Christmas, I am asking a favor: instead of a gift, please help me to help Glenn Preston and his family as they battle cancer.
There is nothing I need, but that family needs as much support as they can get as he bravely kicks cancer’s A$$.

You may have seen that CrossFit Route 1 and other local gyms recently participated in an awesomely-successful fundraising effort—we’ve done great so far!
But I know that more can be done, so here we go!:
For every dollar that we raise—you guessed it—I will do a burpee in my weight vest, in honor of Glenn and all the firefighters currently fighting occupational-related cancer, all because they were willing to risk their lives to keep us safe.
I will have from Christmas Day to New Years Eve to get all the burpees done—I’M NOT AFRAID!!! So please “purchase” your burpees prior to Christmas Eve. Just let me know if you want your donation to be anonymous or not.
I will also be donating, in honor of all of you. Yes, this means that many of you will not be getting gifts from me this year, but I can promise that you will get a holiday card oozing with love and appreciation for what you mean to me.
No amount is too small!! 100% goes to the Prestons, less the fee that GoFundMe deducts. If you'd prefer that truly 100% of your donation goes to them, please give me cash or check!
