Our 11 year old daughter, Ada Mae lives with a
rare genetic disorder called Phelan-McDermid
Syndrome (PMS). PMS causes lifelong
disabilities including low muscle tone, GI
dysfunction, cognitive and physical disabilities,
epilepsy and autism symptoms. Ada needs
access to vital water therapy to help restore her quality of life.
Our goal is to create an in-home therapeutic
water facility specifically designed to ensure
Ada remains as functional and pain free as
possible despite her unique medical fragility.
WITH YOUR HELP this therapy pool will
provide daily access to water resistance exercise her body desperately needs. When Ada has
consistent water therapy, her smile returns, she verbalizes, and she is able to focus, play, and
learn without the constraints of the painful fog
she now experiences.
