Meredith's Cancer Fight
Donation protected
Meet Meredith who is the radiant soul and youngest of the Hibberd family in the UK. She is 4.5 years old and in August 2023 was diagnosed with an aggressive form of Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, called B-Cell Lymphoblastic Lymphoma after noticing a mass on her forehead that developed quickly over the summer months. Upon initial scans to establish baseline involvement, she was found to have masses in her sinus cavity, abdominal cavity, jaw and hip bone which has turned this family's lives upside down.
Instead of starting school and being active, she is confined in hospital for weekly chemo rounds, testing, repeated surgeries under general anesthesia and lumbar/bone marrow samples where she has to lie flat for risk of complications. In the space of months there have been countless unplanned visits to monitor fevers and bouts of sepsis and infections. She has a wonderful medical team to support, surprising everyone with her strength and resiliency so far. Anyone that is familiar with cancer treatment knows how much of a battle it is with side effects and it is unimaginable for parents and loved ones to watch a vibrant child struggle through all this.

In addition, their oldest child Jaxon who is 11 years old and has Autism, has had his stability and routine upended with his parent's absences and he misses Meredith dearly. When she is in and out of hospital multiple times per week naturally this splits Kate and Stuart care between the both of them.
All of this has impacted them financially as Stuart is self employed and Kate reducing her workload to cover the time spent in hospital, traveling costs, wear and tear on their vehicles, medical and adaptive equipment to help Meredith at home and much more.
Please help uplift this family in prayer and keep them in your thoughts and if you feel led and are able to donate to Stuart, Kate, Jaxon and Meredith, every dollar helps to ease the heavy load this family has had and will continue to have for treatment to encompass 2.5 years or more. Anything to make the day to day less heavy as they navigate this cancer. They would appreciate any support, no matter how small, and to help them in raising awareness by sharing.
