Meredith's Cancer Recovery Fund

Meredith was diagnosed with Stage 1 invasive breast cancer a few months ago at age 29. She recently went through surgery to remove the tumor and thankfully received the good news that the lymph nodes are clear and the margins are clean. Unfortunately the tumor tested positive for the HER2 gene, which means the cancer was aggressive. Though she is now cancer free, she will have to undergo 6 rounds of chemo, plus a year long infusion of a drug called Herceptin. 

As many of you know, Meredith has been through a lot over the last few years. Meredith recently moved to Dallas one week after being diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately God has provided a very understanding, supportive and flexible work environment at a non-profit that helps homeless teenagers.  

All of the costs for treatment are quickly adding up. This GoFundMe is to support her in this journey in a financial way.
